Branded Passenger App
Published under your firm’s name, logo and colours on iOS and Android. Passengers book, pay, track the car on the map and get a receipt without ever seeing ours.
Your own passenger app and booking website — instant quotes, card payment and live tracking — sending jobs straight into your dispatch console with no commission taken off the top.

Passengers who would rather book than ring will book somewhere. A white-label private hire booking system means that somewhere is you: an app in the App Store and Google Play under your firm’s name and colours, plus a booking page on your own domain, both quoting from your tariffs and dropping jobs directly onto your dispatch board.
Cabica stays invisible throughout. The passenger sees your brand from the first quote to the receipt, and you keep the customer relationship and the full fare — there is no per-booking commission, just the monthly plan.
Three channels, one board. However the job arrives, the office sees it in the same place.

A booking page that matches your site, quoting the same tariffs as the app, for customers who would rather not install anything.
Fares are calculated from your zones, tariffs, waiting rules and surge settings before the passenger confirms — so the price they’re shown is the price they pay.
Passengers see the assigned driver and vehicle moving on the map, and get notified on the way and on arrival — which is most of what cuts no-shows and “where is my car” calls.
Card payment in-app through Stripe, a texted payment link for phone bookings, or cash on the day. Fares land in your Stripe account, not ours.
Airport runs booked weeks ahead, school contracts and standing weekly jobs are scheduled once and dispatched automatically each time they come round.
Yes. On Professional and Enterprise plans the app is published with your firm’s name, logo, colours and store listing on both the App Store and Google Play. Cabica does not appear in front of your passengers.
No. You pay a monthly plan based on fleet size and features — never a percentage of each fare. Card payments settle into your own Stripe account.
Yes — app, website and phone bookings all land on one board and go through the same auto-dispatch and pricing rules. There is no second screen to watch.
Nothing changes for them. The booking system is an extra channel, not a replacement; controllers take phone bookings in the console exactly as before, with caller recognition filling in the regulars.
The app and booking site are configured with your branding during onboarding, and the main variable is app store review, which is typically a few days. We handle the submission.
