Legal documents
Everything in one place, grouped by who it applies to. Each document opens with a plain-English summary before the full text, because a term nobody reads is a term nobody really agreed to.
All documents last updated 8 August 2026.
If you are a passenger or a driver
Two documents cover you. The firm you book with — or drive for — has its own terms as well; those are on their website.
If you operate a taxi or private-hire firm
These four form your contract with us. You accept them by using the platform; there is nothing separate to sign.
- Terms of ServiceThe agreement: accounts, fees, your data, liability, indemnity, termination, and how disputes are resolved.
- Data Processing AddendumThe Article 28 terms. You are the controller, we are your processor. Includes our subprocessor list and our breach commitments.
- Acceptable Use PolicyWhat you must not do with the platform, how rate limits work, and how to report a security problem.
- Accessibility StatementWhere the platform stands against WCAG 2.2 AA, including what we know is still wrong and what that means for your own obligations.
If you are outside the UK
The platform runs for operators beyond the UK, and privacy law is not the same everywhere. These cover the regimes we are asked about most.
- US State Privacy RightsCCPA/CPRA and the other state statutes: what we collect, why we are a service provider rather than a business, and why there is nothing to opt out of.
- Canadian Privacy NoticePIPEDA, Alberta and BC PIPA, and Quebec Law 25 — including the cross-border notice, automated dispatch decisions, and our breach commitments.
Everyone else
Website visitors, rightsholders, and anyone who wants to know what we store on their device.
Who to write to
Separate addresses because they go to different places and have different deadlines. Using the right one is the fastest route to an answer.

Changes
When we change anything material for operators, we give at least 30 days’ notice by email and in the platform, and the change takes effect at your next renewal. Minor corrections take effect on publication. We do not quietly widen what we do with data we already hold — if we ever want to use it for something materially new, we will ask.
